Hi Don;
I downloaded your latested message from UO-22 during the 2200z pass today
using the  435.1205 Mc
down freq and 145.9756 up. Wisp shows a 65% eff with 410bps,total was 307995.
The 145.9 Mc
doesn't work for me.
Total of four messages were downloaded, two fell correctly into
c:\wisp\uo-22\msgs, and two fell
into c:\wisp\uo-22\???.dl   exactly as received, zipped and the header was not
removed,making them
defective unreadable.
These last two defective messages may have been my fault since I clicked on
the file number,
requesting fills. Whereas the first two were downloaded by wisp properly.

I'll delete the message and try to d/l again without my requesting fills and
let wisp handle it.
