[amsat-bb] ADIF for SAT_MODE/NAME

In the specific ADIFs 1.0 are not contained the frequencies of use to be
able to correctly compile the own SATELLIT QSL card.
In fact the SAT_MODE and SAT_NAME is defined but that they don't absolutely
correspond to the Band or Frequency in use (at least for the conversion
ADIF)

Exemple, www.EQSL.CC doesn't understand all the specifications of the ways
of use of the satellites and it converts the single BAND/MODE with a default
frequency that doesn't correspond however.
With the author of Eqsl I have different contacts and him is exactly
defining as to interpret the data of OM that do activity on the satellite:

Question's
1. should the conversion of the SAT_MODO to BAND/FREQ correspond to the SAT
DOWNLINK or to the SAT UPLINK?

2. in the double specifications old JL (FO and AO10/13) it is not correct to
exactly specify the ways in how much they don't correspond to the UP/DW as
in the double specifications of AO40 but of the alone UPLINK

3. where is possible to retrieve a official SAT>FREQ/BAND conversion for
standard QSL's or who would like to interpret a beautiful and complete chart
that correctly defines the various Ways of use and the respective
specifications of frequency to be able to convert with the actual system
ADIF for the new v2.x.

NOTE:
I already know the full Amsat publications and the various frequencies of
all satellite, but I am specifically looking for a Single conversion between
ADIF SAT_NAME and SAT_BAND toward a specific single gang 2xway like
www.eqsl.cc
