In order for the efficiency counter to work, the spacecraft needs to
broadcast the B:XXXXXXXX count. Since it doesn't, the efficiency will always
stay zero.

  A couple of notes on GO-32...  The largest files currently on it are
about 16K.  I'm able to download those with no holes accumulating, but the
download performance reported by WiSP is 0%.  I presume that the satellite
is not currently sending the data that would make it possible for the
software to compute this statistic.  Also, the transmitter is not solidly
on.  It seems to come on only when it wants to send data.  This presents no
real problem for those using automated receive frequency calculation (as
say, with a Trackbox) but if you are trying to tune it by ear this may
present a bit more of a challenge than other 9600 baud satellites.
