[amsat-bb] Ao40 telemetry

Just playing with AO40Rcv.  I was looking at the IF Matrix tab.  On one 
block it had a number of inputs connected to S2 and then on the next block, 
it didn't have any except the MB. Was I looking at an old re-transmitted 
data block, or were things really switching back & forth?  Phase is now 32 
-  02:04 UTC. According to the schedule a passband shouldn't be on.
