[amsat-bb] Dutch on UO-14 again very strong

Hi all,
This evening I listened to UO-14 at the pass starting at
1942 UTC in Copenhagen and found the Dutch speaking very
strong stations again.
This time they blocked the satellite for most of the pass :-(
It was virtually impossible to use the satellite for stations
with less than 100 W and directional antennas.

One of my friends in the Netherlands think that they are on a boat
in the Atlantic Ocean. This may be the case since I could hear them
until the satellite LOS in Copenhagen.
Could someone to the north of me try to listen - to see if this may be
true.

If they are land based in the Netherlands it should be relatively
easy to identify them - but nobody have reported that.

Somehow we have to stop their transmissions - they probably do not
know what is happening.
