[amsat-bb] OSCAR 24 (ARSENE)

Hello all

In my  notes about Arsene:

Downlink 145.975 MHz
S-band beacon 2446.540 MHz, 1200 FM-AFSK
Never heard about  435 MHz option.
It was used in emergency comms tests.

How many of you worked via AO-24 ?

If you put this keps in to your traking program you will enjoy a
very interesting orbit.

Unfortunately ARSENE was not completely working but for some
time it permitted nice QSO in mode-S  435 up and 2446 down.
