Hi,
>From an old keplerian element set published in the AMSAT-DL Journal
Dez./Feb.93/94 the official designation was SATELLITE: AO-24 (ARSENE)
Satellite : AO-24
Catalog numbar : 22654
Epoch time: 93312.795592387
Element set: 208
Inclination: 1.4077 deg
RA of node: 114.0599 deg
Eccentricity: 0.2932748
Arg of perigee: 160.6003 deg
Mean anomaly: 214.5238 deg
Mean motion: 1.42203069 rev/day
Decay rate: -4.6e-07 rev/day ^2
Epoch rev: 263
If you put this keps in to your traking program you will enjoy a
very interesting orbit.
Unfortunately ARSENE was not completely working but for some
time it permitted nice QSO in mode-S 435 up and 2446 down.
