Hi Terry W0FM,
Look at the XTAL frequency of your converter local oscillator.
If at the end of all frequency multiplication the LO applied to the mixer
is 2256 MHz than 2400-2256= 144 MHz and 2402-2256= 146 MHz
If it is the case you should receive the AO40 beacon around 145,330 MHz
+/- Doppler
