[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 Report ... Update

25 September 13:25 UTC pass. The VHF beacon is now ON, and is
transmitting continuous ASCII telemetry.  Good signals. Telemetry
nominal.  Internal temperatures have risen by 2C since last heard on 10
September. Battery voltage, a healthy 14.0. 

It should be on for a few days, possibly a week.
