[amsat-bb] IT Problems

I use Instant Track on a Pentium 4, 1.4 GHz computer with Windows XP and
have problems with it.  IT will run okay if it is the first program selected
after the computer is turned on.

 IT will not run if another program is running, such as NOVA.  It will not
run even when NOVA is then closed out.
The IT program freezes at the first screen under the above conditions.  Have
to use ctl-alt-del to get out of it.

Using the XP troubleshooting procedures has not produced any permanent
solutions. Anybody have any  suggestions?
