Mike,

At AOS Mode "A" 145.895MHz USB Uplink =  29.450MHz USB Downlink
"   "    "  "B" 432.142MHz LSB   "    = 145.950MHz USB     "  (Inverting)

These are for the center of the passbands, as the bird comes over the
hill!
