If you look the call up in Buckmaster it states Y D Bobkov as the current
holder. On the other hand, if you look up the same call in QRZ, well, we all
know what it says. :-)

I have a copy of the 1982 Foreign Listings of the Radio
Amateur Callbook.  On Page 774 it lists:

UA1LO  Y D Bobkov, Leningrad

Unless Gagarin's call was somehow recycled after his death
in 1968, Martin appears to be right.
