[amsat-bb] UO-11 and NO-44 over ZL

As I write this, at 15:44 utc 9 Sept, UO-11 is going over ZL and spewing
out lots of QRM.

NO-44 has not been heard for several days, now. Has it succumbed to the
ravages of solar emmissions?
