Had AO-7 locked on Mode-B?

Please check the AO-7 Activity Report Logger.

For thease a few weeks, AO-7 is in Mode-B only. In the cases of
evening pass (go to the north) that I heard, its 2m beacon is on
as soon as out from ecrips. Ofcouse during the dark, AO-7 cannot
get any command..
Did something happened that locked AO-7 on Mode-B?... B-<
