Rohn has a complete line of tapered poles (e.g. fiberglass, concrete,
galvanized steel, & flanged)

I have not priced these units out.  The steel versions are manufactured in
Peoria, IL

I also have seen these interstate interchange poles (replacing the multiple
poles and lamps previously used).  A friend in transportation told me that
the maintenance time & costs (boom truck, traffic avoidance markers,
changing the light bulbs, etc.) were cut dramatically with this approach.
