I believe this is because they are trying to avoid any legal problems, since
432.150 is NOT in the Amateur Satellite Service, even though it is still in
the Amateur Radio Service.

I wonder why in the ANS news,the frequenties are not updated from satelite
AO07?
There is no mention about uplink on 70cm,so some ham's  don't know they can
use uplink on 432.150 (+-).
I worked some stations on AO07 with my small rig,nice sat by the way.
