[amsat-bb] Strong SSTV on AO-40

Hi All

Re the debate as to whether recent strong SSTV downlink signals were 
originating from U or L-Band uplinks, simply take a look at the U and L 
receiver agc levels in the telemetry and see which was being "hammered" at 
the time.

As a guess, to be several dB stronger than the beacon, the U agc would be 
in the region of 20dB, and L1 in the region of 10dB.
