The MB off (eclipse) time has been moved slightly. It is now MA =40 to 90

As noted previously, the IHU-2 will be on through perigees on picture
taking orbits, and may well crash from time to time. Resetting is quick
and easy, but in the interim, it may be outputting unmodulated tone or
gibberish on the middle beacon. The underlying IHU-1 is unaffected.
