[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 silent again

The VHF beacon usually heard on 145.826 MHz. appears to be silent again.
Has anyone heard the S-band beacon on 2401.5 MHz.?

I would appreciate any reports, but PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY SOUND or
SPECTROGRAM FILES.
