[amsat-bb] RS-12/13 still MIA

Hi,

I just checked the 1402 UTC pass of RS-12/13, both modes of both
transponders.  Nothing.  RS-12/13 is still missing in action.  If our
Russian friends see this message, please let us know what's happened.
