[amsat-bb] NOVA Lockup

Hi,
I am experiencing the same thing with NOVA 2.1s  - You have to open something 
else to close the Update Keps area.  I usually open the help file and it 
closes the open Keps update window.  Strange. Maybe the next NOVA update will 
correct this glitch.  It happens in Windows 2K and Windows 98 software.  Let 
me know if NLSA gets a fix.
