[amsat-bb] AO-40 ALERT!

I would encourage all to get on AO40 when your squint is low -~25° or so.
Now that RUDAK is off we have tons of "prime time".....

If we don't use it, we sure cannot complain about RUDAK using "all the peak 
hours"!!

Look 20 kHz above the beacon, we sometimes get a pretty good group...
