AO-40 Update, 2002-08-17

The beginning of the passband, following eclipse, has been moved from MA =
60 to MA = 76, due to lengthening eclipses and worsening squint
angles. Alon is currently ~25 degs, but will be moving toward 30+ degs in
the next several days.

RUDAK is currently set to be active on:

Due to lengthening eclipses and power budget issues, RUDAK sessions may
have to be terminated in the near future until conditions improve.
