[amsat-bb] ZRO Test signal

Hi Group

Just got my AO-40 system back on this morning and had a listen for the 
RUDAK ZRO  signal.  This is certainly a very useful test signal.  At max 
level I could receive it easily with an 8 turn helix, while at min level it 
was just detectable on the 3m dish.
