[amsat-bb] AO-40 beacon and 18" dish

Captured the following N block with a good CRC and squint of 38 at 1425 UTC on
10 August 2002 using a 18" DSS dish with 5 1/2 turn helix, DEM 13ULNA preamp,
3733 Transystems converter and FT-847. Details at
