[amsat-bb] HELP WISP: NO -5 Directory request error

Thanks for reading this message. I've been for a while off the pacsat, now I 
come back again but I've a problem with my program:
I erased my Wisp, and I re-installed it again. Each time my computer send a 
packet to the satellite UO-22 the answer is: ''NO -5 EA3CD Directory request 
error''.  I have made several times the option ''housekeeping, directory 
maintenance, remove holes and reset date'' , but same answer. Do you know
