[amsat-bb] Re: U Band uplink problems

On August 2 at 1035 UTC I worked VE3BCG and we experienced several 
occasions when the signals all but dropped out.   Prior to working George I 
happened to detect a very strong carrier about 80 KHz above the beacon.  At 
the time the beacon was around S7 on the FT847 S meter and the carrier was 
about S9 plus 10dB.  Someone fooling around?
