[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 Silent

The VHF beacon on OSCAR-11 appears to have switched OFF, sometime
between 01 August and 05 August.  I suspect the S-band beacon may also
be OFF, and would be interested in any confirmation from regular users
of this beacon.
