Hello

I just want to mention one thing:still some people who want's to
work ISS in FM mode are calling on the dwnlink.
Please at first read the difference between the used uplink and 
dwnlinks.If you know which to use,then try for contact.

downlink for all =  145.800Mhz voice+packet 
uplink Region 1 = 145.200Mhz for voice
                            145.990Mhz for packet
uplink Region 2&3 = 144.490Mhz for voice
                                 145.990Mhz for packet
