[amsat-bb] pcsat018.exe Display Help

Hello all,
I am trying to run pcsat018.exe, but having a problem with the text showing
up in undecipherable characters.   The graphics are fine.  I've tried using
pkunzip a couple of different ways with no success.  Anyone know what I'm
doing wrong?
Computer is Pentium III based running Windows ME (yes, yes, I know).
