[amsat-bb] VRx Mode Terminate

Dear Group,

I have to pending my AO-40 activities because the schedule are going to
change during testing period. I don't know how long the period is. If we
are lucky next 2-3 months VRx could be back again. I've try my best to
active satellite activities from Thailand.
