[amsat-bb] RUDAK; When, What and How soon?

Can anyone guide me to any page anywhere that will answer the subject questions
on RUDAK?

I see tons of information on the evolution, incorporation into AO40, and 
progress
reports that seem to basically say that "testing" is continuing.

Many people ask me the above questions, and some I'm sure I have forgotten.
That is a likely happenstance so inquirers feel free to add to
the above list.

We just got some information that some days we would have access to the "prime
time" that is now being used for testing.

Some of the major concerns seem to be "What are the testing procedures that 
have
required ~2hrs, twenty minutes on the previous orbits."

Just what features will the average satellite enthusiast be able to use 
when it is finally
opened for general use, and will some special equipment be needed to take 
advantage
of those features?

Every net or group that I've been talking to have the same general 
questions, and I've
searched everywhere I know of, with no results..

One of the questions I get asked most often regarding 40-20 net scheduling is
"Why don't we schedule closer to apogee to increase coverage?"

Please help....
