That's what I suspected. I don't claim to know much about satellite design,
but I do read where I can.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a pricing issue with the Handbook here.
For some strange reason, the cover price here is close to triple the US
cover price (instead of the expected double due to the exchange rate). It's
almost as expensive as the ARRK Handbook itself.
