I've heard a bit of deliberate QRM on the FM birds.
Not a lot.  For all we know, it could be just one person.

More common is the newbie who doesn't know that he needs to be able to HEAR before 
he transmits.  Many of us help them out by emails and other explanations about how 
to work without causing QRM.

There is other QRM, like the unlicensed Mexican businesses who transmit on the 
uplink frequency, but even that doesn't seem to interfere all that much.  Between 
us, we could probably narrow it down to one particular city, because we can all 
tell the exact second when it enters the footprint.  But I don't see the Mexican 
authorities having the resources to deal with it.

All in all, it's really not as bad as, say, 75 Meters on a saturday night.
What little QRM there is doesn't keep things from being fun.  And fun is why I 
work the FM birds.  I can have a good time and didn't have to get a second 
mortgage to buy gear.
