Rotor Question
I need to know what the resistance a "standard" (like a 5400, 5500, etc.)
az/el rotor measures across it's pot leads so that my homebrew interface can
work with them.
Could one of you be kind enough to fill in typical data for the following
for me?
Az = 0 deg, R= a ohms
Az = 180 deg, R= b ohms
Az = 359 deg, R= c ohms
El = 0 deg, R= d ohms
El = 90 deg, R= e ohms
Just trying to get an idea for a,b,c,d, and e.
Thanks,
Ron AG5RS
