The upcoming session of the AMSAT 40-20 net will take place starting at
1304z on 27 July 2002 at phase 76.
The usual good Pacific coverage for the western half of NA, and improving
to the
eastern secion of India for the west coast stations. Off-point looks
favorable,
and improves gradually...
We have an Australian station that will soon appear as a net control.
Many good phase 76's appear for east coast stations. We would sure like to
have
several volunteers for that project.
Several trees are being topped to the east of my station to permit better
coverage
in that direction, but east coasters have a much better shot at that part
of the world.
The interminable testing on RUDAK continues, but I'm sure the wait will be
worth it
when it becomes available to all users.
That is one of the questions we get on every net, and I would appreciate a
RUDAK
update from anyone so I can pass it on at the next session.
