A good resource for these kinds of questions is:

http://www.qsl.net/pathfinder/WebClient/

It will let you look at many online callbook resources. They seem to know 
about most of the online callbooks
available. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a complete HL callbook 
online, but there is a listing of KDXC
(Korean DX Club) members. I looked for HL2AFB and didn't see a listing, but 
the list might help you find some
other HL hams.
