PCsat ops normal on Weekend

PCsat will be "OPS NORMAL" on the weekend. The last few days and Firday
we have been trying a new power saver mode to see if we can make it
through eclipse but no joy. We had been turning DIGI off. (sorry)...

But for the weekend we will leave digi on and let users have it again and
probably into next week too.. In this mode the only alias that works is
via W3ADO-1. (Except for priority users on the side B uplink. see below).

PCsat is in max eclipse cycles now (35%) but by 25 July it will improve to
only 30% and so we will try our low power modes again then.. In the mean
time, enjoy...

We only have one priority user right now (if anyone else is on special
travel, let us konw?). Look for N3IYI's railroad car downlinking on
144.39 over the east coast.

And during the 3 weeks begining 29 July we should have several people on
Naval Academy boats attempting to be tracked a few times a day via PCsat,
ISS and UO-22 out in the Atlantic.
