[amsat-bb] AO-40 VS mode

I did some testing during the last pass, and found I could clearly hear my
own CW signals on the vhf uplink. I am using a 4 element yagi and about 50
watts thru low-loss coax, so most of it should be getting there, hi.  I did
notice that the spin modulation is very apparent on the vhf uplink, much
more so than on U-band or L-band. Reminds me of Ao-10/13. It would certainly
be usable with a better circular polarized antenna, I think..might have to
dig out that old vhf amplifier..
