Perhaps with enough ERP, the array could be used to prune the offending
branches :o). Higher frequencies would probably be needed as well,
perhaps on the order of 500 Thz or so (anyone got a nice CO2 laser).
Just be careful not to aim at any windows, airplanes, or satellites in
orbit though.
