Hi , this is JH3DJX/Yuki .

I heard the CQ-calling of AL7QY on AO-7/Mode-B at 08:30z 13 July .
But I cannot call him because we are not permitted using 432.1MHz for
 satellite operation in Japan . We can use Mode-A only .
