[amsat-bb] PCsat SATgate list

I looked back through a week or so of PCsat data and see the following
permanent IGates apparently on line as determined by their callsign,I
insertion.

  KE6AFE-11   DF5FF-10
  KF9X-5      PE5YES
  KT6UK-2     ZR1CBC
  W1TYL       ZS7ANT

I also saw a few packets gated via these stations who may only be home
stations doing an occassional pass..?

  FF6WAX-1   VE3XZT
  KF4OTN-1   VE2MGJ
  N3GXH-1    WB7AWL-00
  N8NOE      WP4LBK-15
             WB8NUT
             WH6SJ

These are all of the IGates that are using callsign insertion to identify
their packets.  Igates (WinAPRS) that do not do this, are not
identifiable and so do not show up here.  If you are running a permanent
SATgate and dont show up, let me know.
