[amsat-bb] AO-7 04:40z pass 11-July

Hi folks,

AO-7 was in Mode A this evening as it passed by CM98 around 04:40z.
The beacon was slow and seemed a bit weak. Each dit and dah changed
pitch slightly from start to end, going up in tone on my Yaesu 767
tranceiver in CW or USB modes (so I think the actual frequency was
going up as well).  Not much going on in the passband.  Heard a little
CW swishing around, no QSOs that I could hear.
