Wayne, Howard, I agree with both of you completely.  We are trying to get a 
net established,
and the biggest "reach" is gone with all the time on RUDAK...A lot of 
people have asked the
same questions and an answer here would be helpful.

I'm aware we are not fully commissioned, and am happy all procedures are 
being thoroughly
tested, but an explanation of the total time being used for RUDAK would be 
in order.
