We also have a problem in the UK with trying to work Japan etc due to the
'off' period between 28-60
It means starting around 2.00hz BST and then trying to stay awake until the
beacon comes back on again around dawn Hi!

transponder operations for 2 hours and 23 minutes of every orbit for a
repetitive carrier level test. If this is the only thing RUDAK is being
used for, I think the time allocated to RUDAK should be reduced
substantially.

I want to work Rolf in Micronesia, and the only windows I have are during
the RUDAK time period.
