[amsat-bb] LogSat and STSPLUS

I have been using LogSat to look at multiple satellite passes and STSPLUS 
for one pass.  However, lately, there is a 33 minute discrepancy between 
AOS and LOS between the two programs.  Both use the same time, keps and 
lat/long.  Any ideas?
