[amsat-bb] SO41sporadically active on some passes

SO41 was active last night and again this morning. Several stations worked. 
Signals are marked by deep QSB

It turned itself off abruptly at 1346Z (mid pass here in NH)

It seems to be possibly on some kind of timed schedule or other internal 
monitoring mode. It was not heard on several other close passes?
