[amsat-bb] AO-7 0404 UTC pass ratty beacon again

AO-7 was in mode B for the second pass tonight (4 Jul 0404 - 0426 UTC).
Again the beacon had some minor FMing and there were beacon spurs approx
every 15 KHz in the bandpass.

Most of the pass there was no activity. Did catch the tail end of a CQ but
missed the call. I did not notice any big change in the spurs when the
station was calling CQ.
