Wayne replies:

The main purpose of this schedule change is to allow North American stations to work T88ZF in Belau.  Before Rolf departed from his home in Germany, I informed him that 04 July is a holiday in the U.S.  He replied that he will plan to be on the air for the July 4 window with the U.S.  Rolf reported that he will operate 46 kHz BELOW the middle beacon, and listening 5-10 kHz higher.  QSL via his home call DK2ZF.

If anybody contacts Rolf between now and then, please inform him that the UL/S2 transponder will be on from MA36-200 on 04 July.

Rolf will be on Palau until 06 July.  Then he moves to Yap Island in Micronesia where he will operate as V63ZF.
