  By the way, We should inform this to T88ZF Rolf ASAP. If he does not
know this, we will not plan to QRV at that time....

  One more thing. I heard from him before his departure that he will
stay at Palau Pacific Resort (P.P.R.) hotel. The P.P.R. is located
the west side beach of Alakabesang Island (Koror city) so maybe the
east side will be blocked from guest rooms....
